Josh Kaplan
Josh Kaplan, PT, DPT, is the founder of EnPhysion Health, a physical therapist–led personal training model focused on long-term movement, performance, and longevity. He holds a Bachelor’s in Athletic Training and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University and has extensive experience across outpatient orthopedics, sports, and neurologic rehab. Josh developed EnPhysion to bridge the gap between reactive care and proactive training, combining individualized programming, behavioral habit formation, and clinical insight to support sustainable strength, mobility, and function.

Kathie McCarthy
Kathie McCarthy, PT, is a seasoned physical therapist with over three decades of experience treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries. She earned her degree from Boston University and completed a Sports Medicine Internship at Harvard University, with leadership roles at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. Kathie specializes in guiding clients from rehabilitation into strength and conditioning, using highly individualized programs informed by her background as a former professional figure skater and lifelong athlete.

Adam Vogel
Adam Vogel is the owner and operator of Pure Performance Training, a strength and conditioning facility with locations in Needham and Sudbury. With over 20 years of experience as a strength coach, Adam focuses on optimizing fitness and performance, particularly for younger and athletic populations. His programming emphasizes comprehensive fitness testing and progressive training, and he has maintained a long-standing relationship with PPHC, including leading patient seminars on strength, mobility, and injury prevention.

Michelle Boland
Michelle Boland, PhD, is a strength and conditioning coach with advanced training in exercise physiology and sports performance. She earned her graduate degrees from Springfield College and has worked at the Division I level with nationally ranked collegiate athletic programs. Michelle founded Michelle Boland Training to provide individualized performance-focused coaching, helping clients build strength, resilience, and confidence in pursuit of their fitness goals.

Joan Buchbinder
Joan Buchbinder, RD, is the owner of The Nutrition Coaches and brings over 35 years of experience in sports nutrition, weight management, and wellness. She previously served as Team Nutritionist for the New England Patriots and Boston Celtics, contributing to championship-level performance. Joan works closely with physicians and clients to deliver practical, results-driven nutrition strategies that support long-term health and performance.

Shelby Burns
Shelby Burns, RDN, provides evidence-based, therapeutic nutrition care with a focus on balance, sustainability, and individualized support. With advanced training in functional medicine, gut health, metabolic health, and women’s health, she helps clients improve their relationship with food while addressing complex conditions. Shelby blends clinical expertise with compassionate counseling to support realistic nutrition strategies that fit into demanding lives.

Siobhan Donofrio
Siobhan Donofrio, RDN, provides evidence-based nutrition care with a focus on performance, health optimization, and individualized strategies. As the Official Nutrition Consultant to the LPGA, she supports individuals and organizations in improving health, reducing disease risk, and enhancing athletic performance and recovery. With advanced academic training and expertise in research, education, and consulting, Siobhan delivers tailored, practical nutrition solutions that align with each client’s unique goals, lifestyle, and demands.

Dawn Davis
Dawn Obeidallah Davis, PhD, 500 E-RYT, specializes in nervous system regulation and somatic practices for adults managing stress, burnout, and life transitions. A former Harvard Medical School faculty member, she integrates evidence-based psychology with over 17 years of yoga and mindfulness teaching. Dawn’s work focuses on sustainable nervous system healing, helping clients improve stress resilience, sleep quality, and overall well-being.
